At TodsBed, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and care that goes into every custom bed we build. Because each piece is handcrafted specifically for your child and tailored to your preferences, we operate under a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.
Custom Build Commitment
All of our wooden beds are made-to-order based on your unique selections. Due to the bespoke nature of our production process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has moved into the production phase.
No Refund Policy
Final Sale: Once an order is confirmed and the 24-hour grace period has passed, all sales are final.
Scope: No refunds will be issued for “change of mind,” incorrect size selections (if the bed does not fit your room), or color preference changes.
Pre-Order Review: We strongly encourage customers to double-check all dimensions, guardrail placements, and finishes before completing their purchase.
Order Cancellations
We understand that mistakes can happen. You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
Timeline: Cancellation requests must be sent within 24 hours of order placement.
Process: All requests must be submitted in writing to info@todsbed.com.
Post-24 Hours: Once the 24-hour window expires, the order is sent to our workshop for material preparation and production, and it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your bed should arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event of damage during transit or a manufacturing defect:
Report Timing: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Evidence: Email us at info@todsbed.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
Resolution: We will evaluate the claim and, at our discretion, provide a professional repair, a replacement of the specific part, or a full replacement of the unit.
Note on Natural Materials: Minor variations in wood grain, natural knots, or slight color nuances are inherent to solid wood. These are not considered defects but rather the unique character of custom-made wooden furniture.
Delivery Acceptance
Upon delivery, you (or your representative) will be asked to sign a Delivery Receipt.
Confirmation: Your signature confirms that the item has been received in good condition.
Inspection: Please inspect the bed thoroughly before signing. Any damage reported after the signed delivery receipt is subject to a review and may not be covered for free replacement.

TodsBed reserves the right to modify this policy at any time to comply with legal requirements or business adjustments. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
