Welcome to TodsBed. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.todsbed.com and the purchase of our custom wooden beds. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Custom Orders & Specifications
Accuracy: All beds are made to order based on the specifications (size, color, and design) selected by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all measurements and options are correct before finalizing the order.
Wood Characteristics: Wood is a natural material. Variations in grain, texture, and small knots are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
2. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in AED (unless otherwise stated).
Full payment is required at the time of purchase to initiate the manufacturing process.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Cancellations & Modifications
24-Hour Window: You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase.
Post-24 Hours: Once production has commenced (after the 24-hour window), we cannot accept cancellations, modifications, or provide refunds due to the custom nature of the product.
4. Delivery & Assembly
Standard Delivery: We offer free delivery across Dubai.
Access: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the bed fits through doorways, stairwells, and into the intended room.
Signature: A “Proof of Delivery” must be signed by the customer or an authorized representative upon receipt. Please inspect the product for any visible damage before signing.
Warranty Policy
We take pride in our craftsmanship. To ensure your peace of mind, every TodsBed comes with a Limited 1-Year Warranty.
What is Covered?
This warranty covers structural manufacturing defects in the wooden frame, including:
Faulty joinery or assembly hardware.
Structural failure of the wood under normal residential use.
Major wood warping that impacts the safety or function of the bed.
What is NOT Covered?
Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, dents, or chips in the finish occurring after delivery.
Natural Changes: Minor cracks (seasoning) or slight color changes due to exposure to sunlight or humidity.
Misuse: Damage caused by jumping on the bed, exceeding weight limits, or incorrect self-assembly (if applicable).
Environmental Damage: Damage caused by liquid spills, harsh cleaning chemicals, or extreme weather conditions.
How to Claim
To start a warranty claim, please email info@todsbed.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
